X did not reply to the app. It may work again later.

What you may see

“X isn't responding right now”. The editor and reader may see different wording.

What to do

  1. Wait, then use Try again if shown.

  2. Open the content on X. Check whether it loads there.

  3. If it still fails, note the time. Send the public source and Confluence page URL to support.

Check the result

Try again later and check that the right content loads. The app may keep showing old timeline posts while X is down. Start by waiting and testing again. You do not need to change the token just because X is down.
