Team Hub Overview

Team Hub is your central place for all posts, updates, and events.

When you open it, you land on the Team posts feed, where:

  • Posts are displayed as cards with key details at a glance.

  • The left-hand menu lets you navigate between categories and your personal sections.

  • Filters and views help you quickly find and focus on what matters most.

1. đź“° Team Posts

Each post is displayed as a post card. Cards show at-a-glance details:

  1. Author & publish time – who posted and when

  2. Event date – if applicable

  3. Category label – e.g., Job Opening, Event

  4. Messages & participants – quick activity preview

  5. Title & description – the main content

  6. Location or schedule – if provided

  7. Reactions & joining options – interact instantly

The left sidebar gives you quick access to:

  1. Team posts & Upcoming events – main feed and events you can join

  2. My posts & My activity – your posts plus your comments, reactions, and joined items

  3. Direct messages – your private inbox

  4. Notifications – alerts about posts, comments, invites, and moderation

  5. Categories – filter the feed (Announcements, News, Events, Opportunities, Team Collaboration, Learning, Recognition, Ideas & Feedback, Employee Marketplace, Community Board)

3. 🔍 Filtering and sorting Posts

You can filter the feed to narrow down results:

  • By Type: Company posts or personal posts

  • By Status: Published or closed post

  • More Filters: Price, publication, event date, etc.

  • By Text: Search for keywords

❌ Clearing Filters

When multiple filters are applied, use Clear filters to reset and return to the full feed.

↕️ Sorting Posts

You can also sort all posts by:

  • Most recent

  • Oldest first

  • Price (highest/lowest, if applicable)

4. đź“‹ Switching Views

You can view posts in:

  • Card view (default, with rich previews)

  • List view (compact, for faster scanning)

↔️ Full-Width Mode

Adjust the layout for easier reading:

  • Fixed width – standard centered feed

  • Full width – expand across the page

5. 🎯 Browsing by Category

Narrow down the feed with categories such as Events, News, Opportunities, or Marketplace.

Breadcrumbs show your current path so you can jump back anytime.
