Optional toggle: Show reaction statistics to users (e.g., counts per reaction).
3. 🙋 Participation Options
The Participation section is designed as an RSVP system for events and activities, but it’s flexible enough to support other use cases too:
Events - Enable both Interested and Going options to let people either show casual interest or confirm attendance. This makes planning easier with RSVP tracking.
Gathering interest - If Interested is enabled but Going is disabled, the post works like a survey or sign-up sheet. Example: gauging interest in a new initiative, training, or activity before committing to organizing it.
Marketplace posts - In Item for Sale or Giveaway ads, using the Interested option allows the owner to see who is interested and directly contact them. This provides a simple and private way to connect buyers and sellers without cluttering the main post with negotiations.
This flexibility makes participation settings useful not just for events, but also for opportunities, team requests, or internal marketplace listings.
