How to install the app?

How to install Team Hub in your Confluence Cloud instance

✅ Who can install Team Hub?

Only Confluence Cloud site administrators can install apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.

🛠️ How to Install Team Hub

  1. Go to the Atlassian Marketplace:
    👉 Team Hub for Confluence on Atlassian Marketplace

  2. Click Try it free.

  3. Select your Confluence Cloud site , and click Review

  4. Review our terms of use, privacy policy, app permissions and select Start your trial

  5. Once installed, Team Hub will appear in your Apps menu inside Confluence.


🔒 Permissions Required

Team Hub requires access to:

  • View Confluence content and spaces (to embed and display data)

  • Access Atlassian user accounts (for posts, reactions, and visibility)

  • Read/write app data (to manage ads, messages, and notifications)

No elevated permissions are required beyond what’s listed during install.


📦 Optional Setup Steps (Post-Install)

  • 👥 Assign moderator roles (for content governance) - see how

  • Configure ad fields like currency for price fields or labels - see how

  • 📣 Invite your team to start posting using templates - set confluence notification baner with a link to the app
